Background

Greetings: Thank you for visiting our web site. My name is Jeff Greenhill and below you will find some of the steps I took on my rather unorthodox journey from chemical engineer to race horse trainer. I "saddled " my first race horse in February of 1996. She was a big bay filly named Blondeintheshower. She took the lead into the stretch finishing a close third, and I was hooked on the rush you get from being a participant in this great sport. Since then I have had the pleasure of visiting the winner's circle many times and as any one who has been there can tell you, the thrill never diminishes. When Isaacsmyman, the first horse I ever saddled at Keeneland, won by 15 lengths I must have looked like the character Shoeless Joe Jackson in the movie Field of Dreams when he asked Kevin Costner "Is this Heaven"? We've highlighted several other significant milestones of our racing stable on a separate page of the site.

I train and race on the Kentucky and Ohio circuits with forays into West Virginia, Indiana, and Illinois when appropriate. If you are already involved in our sport, Thank-you and Good Luck! If not, and you desire more information about how to become involved, please don't hesitate to contact us.
